Domino’s is Canada’s favourite pizza. From launching carryout delivery to telling ingredient stories, our team humanized the DPC brand. By crafting stories that truly resonated with Canadians, we ensured every moment and every consumer touchpoint counted. In shifting the brand from price driven messaging strategy, to value add branded content and communication, we were able to deepen loyalty with customers and stretch some epic cheese pulls in the process.

The digital ambition for Domino’s took root in their communication priorities: local, distinctive, exciting and innovative. These were also major criteria’s for success in our social strategy and content planning — supporting appetite appeal, brand surprise and delight, as well as franchisee stories.
